Why I Do What I Do

How I Got From There to Here
I used to think sales was all about hitting numbers at any cost. That perspective changed when I saw how broken systems and disconnected strategies could undermine even the best teams.

Early in my career, I faced challenges that shaped who I am today. From dealing with unrealistic promises made by sales teams to navigating the financial struggles of running my own business, I learned how to lead with both accountability and empathy.

Outside of work, I’m all about family, food, and the great outdoors. Weeknights are for cooking experiments with my husband and daughter. Italian dishes are our go-to, but we’re always exploring global cuisines.

Most people assume I’ve always been an overachiever, but that wasn’t the case. In high school, I spent more time in detention than studying.
A love of theater and improv helped me find my voice, transforming me from a shy kid to a confident leader.
Those skills I learned: resilience, communication, and connection, are at the heart of what I do today.
